| Key Responsibility Areas | Responsible for providing messenger service to the Unit. Collecting, sorting, delivering, and distributing correspondence from/to Records Section. Obtaining signatures from Accountant for office financial responsibilities. Responsible for providing refreshments i.e tea and ensuring that the kitchen is always kept clean and tidy. Operating a photostat machine on a relief basis and ensuring that all copies required are made. |
