How To Stop Government Officials From Stealing Taxpayers’ Money

The government must work together with Capitec, FNB, Standard Bank, and other banks in order to stop government officials from stealing taxpayers’ money, those banks must join forces and develop a new app, they can name the app “Government Money,” name it “Tax Money” or give it another name. So, what must happen is that whenever money comes out from the government to be used for a specific purpose the money must be deposited into a government account, new government accounts must be opened whereby certain individuals will have cards (bank cards) for those accounts.

So when they want to do something with the money that was deposited into the government account they will have to use those cards of theirs and swipe, it mustn’t be possible for them to withdraw cash. Whenever they use their cards to pay for something by swiping the app I said must be developed by banks of which it can be named “Government Money” or named “Tax Money” or given another name must state that so and so has received this amount of money to do this and they now have this amount of money left in the government account.

It must be possible not only for all the other individuals who work for the government including the president himself but must also be possible for all South Africans with smartphones to download the “Government Money” AKA “Tax Money” app from not only App Store but Google Play Store as well. So whenever money comes out from the government to be used for a specific purpose everyone with a smartphone who has installed “Government Money” AKA “Tax Money” app will be able to see that so and so has received this amount of money to do this and that, this is the amount of money they have used so far to do this and this is the amount of money they have left in the government account. If this can be done it will, in my opinion, be extremely difficult if not impossible for anybody to steal taxpayers’ money and use it to enrich themselves, the stealing of money will I believe be reduced by either a big or a huge percentage and that to me is great! I think that government officials will then have to buy more than what is needed in order for them to steal taxpayers’ money. If someone to give an example was given a certain amount of money to buy textbooks for a certain school they may buy more textbooks than needed and sell the extra textbooks. So to avoid that jobs must be created.

Photographers must be hired by the government, and everything must be filmed. If a certain individual has received money from the government to purchase textbooks for a certain school photographers must on weekly basis be sent to the school to film those textbooks that have been purchased so those with “Government Money” AKA “Tax Money” app can be able to see if whether the number of textbooks that were bought are actually the number of new textbooks that are there at the school. When there’s a construction a photographer must be sent to the construction site, they must always be at the construction site to film everything. This will allow those with the “Government Money” AKA “Tax Money” app to see whether the number of cement and other things that were bought are actually the number of cement that are there at the construction site. IF THIS👆 CAN BE DONE I BELIEVE THAT THE STEALING OF TAXPAYERS’ MONEY WILL BE REDUCED BY EITHER A BIG OR A HUGE PERCENTAGE.
